She is familiar with sales environments and spent time running a successful yacht chartering business, becoming a licensed captain and a gourmet chef to provide a luxury experience for her clients.

Drawing upon her customer service and management experience has made Jan a successful multifamily apartment owner, able to consistently exceed the needs and expectations of her tenants to provide a high quality rental experience for over eighteen years.

Sandra

Sandra is an Ecuadorian native who is both fluent in Spanish and English.

Her unique expertise is matching people with the right apartment home. She does that by being a great listener; working to understand the unique needs of each client she works with. She is so committed to providing a superior experience that she has been known to work around the clock, to meet the unexpected, but urgent requirements of her clients.

In her free time, Sandra enjoys cooking and sharing time with her family.
